Description

ODRC is seeking providers to deliver Train-the-Trainer training for 20 ODRC staff, both digital and hands-on tools. The program seeks to incorporate career inventory and effective decision-making skills pertaining to careers. The evidence-based curriculum is required to include topics such as character traits, communication skills, values, managing stress/emotions, critical thinking, social skills, financial literacy and problem solving. It should also include how to identify career interests and personality types.
