The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, Summit Behavioral Healthcare location is looking for a Painting Service. T h e O h i o D e p a r t m e t o f B e h a v i o r a l H e a l t h Scope of Work for Vendor: Painting and Patching the interior walls of MOD Studio. Project Overview: The vendor is responsible for patching and painting the interior walls in the MOD studio (room and restroom). The goal is to achieve a clean, uniform finish throughout all specified areas. 1. Project Details Spaces to be painted: The MOD studio, room and restroom - walls. Surfaces to be painted: Walls Existing Condition: Minor patches may be required for imperfections or previous damage. 2. Scope of Work Preparation Inspect each area requiring patchwork, such as cracks, dents, or holes. Ensure all walls are dry, and free of debris before starting work. Remove or cover all furniture, fixtures, and floor surfaces to protect from dust and paint splatters. Mask and tape all baseboards, trim, and edges around ceilings, doors, and windows to ensure clean paint lines. Move or protect any electrical outlets, light fixtures, and vent covers. Patching Patch all cracks, holes, or surface imperfections using suitable materials for drywall or plaster. Sand patched areas smoothly to blend with the existing surface, ensuring a seamless finish. Conduct a final inspection to confirm all patched areas are smooth and level. G eneral Requirements Vendor must comply with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in all areas throughout the project. Provide regular updates to the client on project progress.
