SOLICITATION CONFERENCE A solicitation conference will be held on (01/30/26) via virtual meeting to discuss the requirements of the solicitation. The virtual meeting may be accessed via this LINK. The conference will commence promptly at 11:00AM, barring an unforeseen circumstance that results in a delay of the conference. Attendance will be taken. The state will not be responsible to a supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the solicitation conference due to their failure to attend and/or arriving after the conference has convened.
