The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC) issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified vendors regarding a Secured Digital App(s) management information system for educational needs specifically designed for corrections (Prisons). Such as Nucleos AchieveDPX or something comparable made for corrections (prisons). Solutions with existing relationships to specific education product/service providers is ideal, but with the security to so Single-Sign on for all applications for participants that do not have email access, as a way to sign in and verify user. Please provide a High level budgetary estimate document for up to two (2) years of services.
