The goal is to improve HVAC performance, energy efficiency, and system redundancy while minimizing operational disruption. HVAC Load Calculations: Full-building heating/cooling analysis, internal heat gains, summary report by floor and zone. Site Investigation: Multiple site visits, document mechanical rooms, verify as-built conditions. Fan Wall System Design: EC motor arrays, VFD-driven fans, duct transitions, electrical coordination, coil replacement with AHRI-certified hot water and chilled water coils. Phasing & Implementation Strategy: Maintain HVAC operation during installation, crane access, rigging paths, temporary solutions. Cost Estimating: Estimate including fan wall equipment, structural modifications, electrical upgrades, demolition, installation labor, coil replacement costs. Review & Coordination: Present findings, incorporate feedback into final design documents.
