Description

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for: Parks and Watercraft Delaware State Park Electrical Repairs. Address: Delaware State Park 5202 US Highway 23 N Delaware, Ohio 43015 Specifications: Item #1: GFCI Breakers for Fuel Dock install 7 single pole 20 amp 120v GE THQB1120GFT and 1 2 pole GE THQB2120GFT for the existing breakers that currently feed the fuel dock and associated items that go to the fuel dock that are part of the Veeder Root system. Price should include time to isolate the neutral in the panel for each circuit to hook to the breaker. Item #2: Fuel Dock Receptacles install 5 Hubble HBL69W47 marine grade receptacles in new fs boxes along with a 120v GFCI receptacle in an extra heavy duty in use cover and FS Box. Replace the wiring coming from the ground boxes over to the receptacle location, new stainless steel strut to mount all the receptacles on and new conduit up from the Rigid 90 degree conduits to the new FS boxes. Completion Date: March 27,2026 Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered. Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive Site Visit & Point of Contact: Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are encouraged to visit the location.
