SUPPLIER SUBMITTING BID MUST BE ACTIVE ON A CSP900922 CONTRACT (DAS Index No. MAC110) AND MEET ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS DESCRIBED IN EVAULATION AND AWARD. Note: This project will be FEDERALLY FUNDED . Contractors/subcontractors shall comply with additional requirements related to this project being federally funded. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting bids for plugging and plating orphan wells. Contractor must attend the pre-bid meeting as noted below. Please review all requirements below and attachments related to sourcing event. Project Scope of Work: This project includes mobilization, access and well site development, drilling or cleaning out of and plugging of six (6) Orphan Wells, storage and disposal of all materials generated during the plugging of the wells, decommissioning, removal, storage and disposal of all casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines and restoration of all areas disturbed during this project. AMENDMENT #1 DATE OF AMENDMENT: February 10th, 2026 DIVISION OF OIL & GAS RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES 2045 MORSE ROAD BUILDING F-3 COLUMBUS, OHIO 43229-6693 To the Conditions and Specifications for: WASHINGTON #22F PROJECT Multiple Orphan Well Sites All contractors are reminded to acknowledge receipt of the Amendment when submitting an offer by submitting the revised Offer Sheet through OhioBuys. Failure to acknowledge this Amendment will result in submittal of an unresponsive Offer. Any offers submitted prior to this amendment shall be deleted from the OhioBuys system. TO ALL BIDDERS: 1) This amendment shall revise the Wonder #1 well to not allow work between September 15th - January 15th. 2) This amendment shall revise the Cook Site, and the George Miller #1-George Miller/Jack Booth #2 sites to only allow work between July 1st – October 31st. 3) This Amendment shall revise the Effective Date and Term portion of the SOW to make the term to complete project 2 years (24 months) after effective date . 4) The Offer due date has NOT been changed for this project .
