ODM is requesting quotes for: Four (4) Desk Clamp Power Strip USB C,40W Total Fast Charging Station,4 PD 20W USB C Ports,Desk Edge Mount Surge Protector,5 Outlets,Fit 1.96" Tabletop Edge,ETL Listed DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS : Please deliver to Attn: Katherine DuMond, Ohio Department of Medicaid, 50 West Town St., Suite 400, Columbus, OH 43215-3414. Vendors must be MBE certified through the State to qualify for this solicitation. Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead, and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date. Vendors must provide their certified Ohio MBE/EDGE vendor number and the expiration date of their MBE/EDGE certification on the bid. UNSPS codes for MBE certification should be consistent with the products being requested in this solicitation. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. T his will be paid for with a pcard . ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ. ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.
