This project aims to evaluate the existing RAD (Radiator) system and provide recommendations for system improvements. The evaluation will include a condition assessment, identification of deficiencies, and development of solution options with cost estimates. Key focus areas include valve replacement, water balancing, and improved zoning. Assess the current condition and performance of the RAD system. Identify operational or maintenance issues. Evaluate the need for new valves, water balancing, and zoning improvements. Provide recommendations and cost estimates for system upgrades. Coordinate pipe thickness testing through a third-party vendor.
