Lot 2: Clarification: A clarification round is being issued to communicate that the requested Driving Simulator shall be a Desktop Style Simulator . This is highlighted as the first requirement in the document titled” DYS Driving Simulators – Requirements ” ODYS is requesting bids for three (3) total driving simulators – One shipped to each of our 3 facilities to teach youth, driver training in an institutional setting. The goal is to provide the youth with realistic fundamental driving skills that will prepare them for their release. Bidders must include product information in their response. Bidders must present documentation detailing how the quoted product meets our needs according to the specifications listed in the requirements document. See Specifications on document titled “DYS Driving Simulators - Requirements.” Bidders must have the experience, understanding, and ability to furnish Vehicle Driving Simulators that meet our requirements. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days. This quote must indicate: The cost for the Three (3) Vehicle Driving Simulators inclusive of all hardware, software, assembly if applicable, and shipping. Optional quote for extended warranties past the initial 1 year period. Service Description 3 x Vehicle Driving Simulators Must meet the specifications listed on page 1 under: Vehicle Driving Simulators specification requirements. Must provide 16 to 20 lessons that cover all the following topics listed on page 2 under lessons & scenarios.
