Description
RPT#7151 for this request was not approved. DSFM administration is uncertain if this requisition should be entered as a new PO or if it will modify the existing PO (#251134). DSFM administration is requesting the addition of two (2) new cameras on the existing closed circuit television system (CCTV). It is requested one camera be placed in the lean-to of the annex of the forensics/maintenance building. This area contains three barn doors that cannot lock (by design) but contains numerous engine-powered equipment (mowers, tractors, etc), some power and hand tools, as well as tractor implements. With the current construction and, once completed, the increased foot traffic surrounding the forensics/maintenance building due to Ohio Fire Academy training grounds expansion, having an additional camera installed in this area will add a level of security that currently does not exist to ensure all equipment is only operated by authorized personnel. Similarly, due to the anticipated foot traffic, the second camera being requested is to be installed in the maintenance office area. The door between the lean-to and the garage by is often unlocked/propped open during the warmer months to generate air flow all while making it easier for authorized personnel access to the garage by from the lean-to. This office camera will ensure all contents and personal possessions remain secure and is in place to monitor the safety of authorized personnel. This request should cover all materials, installation labor, and programming labor.> The Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire Marshal is seeking quotes to add two (2) cameras to an existing closed circuit security system. We are requesting a quote for the following: Cameras to include on-board microSD edge storage, installed as follows: M3077-PLE ceiling-mounted 360 view 6MP indoor camera inside the Maintenance Building Office. 2. P1455-LE wall-mounted 2MP bullet outdoor rated camera viewing the Maintenance Building Rear Equipment Storage Room. 3. Cat6 network cabling to be run and terminated between cameras and Customer-provided PoE network switch. Needs to include: Equipment and labor Standard Ground Freight Programming and commissioning One-year warranty Exclusions: State of Ohio Sales Tax Cutting Painting and patching of any affected areas Network Connectivity or IP addresses 120VAC connections and supply, if required Performance or Payment Bonds Costs associated with schedule acceleration, project meetings, multiple trips onsite due to incompletion of others, or multiple unplanned phases Clarifications Provide equipment data sheets for provided materials Materials pricing is for the extent of tentative project schedule Require customer representative familiar with installation to be present during initial walk through, testing and commissioning systems listed above Work is to be completed during normal business hours Mon-Fri (8a-4pm) Commissioning of cameras includes programming into VMS for viewing and setting up edge storage parameters Existing VMS is at maximum capacity and will need to be upgraded for integration of proposed and future cameras.

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
