Maintenance services of microfiche reader. The Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of State Fire Marshal (SFM) is seeking quotes for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 26 and SFY 27 for on-site preventative maintenance for our current Mekel MACHVII microfiche scanner. SFM is seeking quotes for the following: 1 EACH- On-Site Preventative Maintenance for CM-MACHVII-PMC 1 EACH Preventative Maintenance for Software for CM-MACHVII- SMC Maintenance shall take place at our SFM location at 8895 East Main Steet, Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Please submit each FY's quote separately. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. The initial Contract period is expected to run from Contract award through June 30, 2026, with the possibility for FY27 renewal, contingent upon satisfactory performance, continued availability of funding, and all required approvals. Renewals may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.
