Training will be held on two different days at two ODNR offices. Addresses and Dates requested below. Title of Sourcing Event : ODNR, DOGRM, OSHA 10 Basic Industry Training Ordering Office Address: ODNR, DOGRM ATTN: Fiscal 2045 Morse Road, Building F Columbus, OH 43229 Delivery Address: TENTATIVE WEEK OF MARCH 2 nd : ODNR New Philly ATTN: Jason Simmerman 2207 Reiser Avenue SE New Philadelphia, OH 44663 TENTATIVE WEEK OF MARCH 9 th : ODNR – Central Office ATTN: Jason Simmerman 2045 Morse Road, Building F Columbus, OH 43229 Specifications : OSHA 10 Basic Industry Training completed at ODNR’s offices located in New Philadelphia, OH and Columbus, Ohio. Training will be scheduled tentatively at our New Philadelphia office the week of March 2 nd and our Central Office the week of March 9 th . Addresses are provided above. Scheduling will be confirmed between division staff and supplier at time of award. Start time will be between 9-10am at the Division discretion. All participants must receive a card or certificate documenting the completion of coursework. Price submitted must be all-inclusive at a per participant rate (cost should include all certificate processing fees). Winning supplier will submit any technical requirements to the Division point of contract 3 weeks prior to scheduled class to allow time to make any arrangements. All travel cost must be listed in Port-to-Port charge line. Cost should cover both days of training. Winning bidder will be required to sign a services agreement and Non-Member OPERS agreement. Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered. Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive.
