CCI SCADA Project Emergency Repair Services Location: Chillicothe Correctional Institution 16149 St. Rt. 104, Chillicothe, OH 45601 The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections, Chillicothe Correctional Institution, is looking for a supplier to provide emergency on-call services at the Water and Wastewater treatment plants. An essential function of SCADA (System Control and Data Acquisition) is to ensure proper plant operation and process control. The supplier will correct any issues in the SCADA system that would prevent the Plants from running in automatic mode or showing process data. Contractor-specific requirements include: The contractor must be a Rockwell Automation Platinum System Integrator . The successful bidder should be an Active CSIA (Control Systems Integration Association) member. The Contractor should have an office location within 60 miles of CCI. The contractor will confirm that they can provide on-call services within a reasonable time frame. Troubleshoot and repair the network equipment connected to the Factory Talk Software that is associated with the SCADA System. Inspect and repair network switches and associated wiring in SCADA communication network Troubleshoot and program VFD’s Observe PID level control loops and ensure proper operation. Integrate Win911 software to alert the manager in the event of a control failure or overflow event. Integrate Factory Talk WebView or similar to allow Managers to reset the pumps in the event of a failure. Contractor must describe the experience of the firm in providing water treatment services to facilities that are the same or similar to this ODRC project. Provide notification of necessary licenses and permits applicable to the provision of service. Provide the delivery time of the product/service. Affirm understanding of project requirements. Provide information about warranty and operation manuals. Provide network maps and I.P. address lists for completed work. The job is configured as time and material for each repair. The Contractor should provide a price list, such as hourly rates, travel expenses, standard parts markup, etc. Indicate willingness to comply with State of Ohio Contract Terms and Conditions, as provided, and follow ODRC policies.
