Description
The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) is looking to develop a state cache intended to provide pharmaceutical medical countermeasures (MCMs) for immediate care until other resources could be made available to improve health outcomes during public health and healthcare events. These hazards in addition to supply chain shortages and instability create a need for an agreement with a third-party vendor to manage a cache of various MCMs for the state stockpile. Priorities for the vendor managed inventory include: 1. 24/7 monitoring of the cache in a temperature-controlled, locked, and alarmed facility. 2. 24/7 access to the cache within one (1) hour of request. 3. Continuous stock rotation to ensure no product is within 6 months of expiration. 4. Repackaging and relabeling of bulk inventory for individual use as requested. A state cache of pharmaceuticals is essential for supporting essential workers, first responders, and healthcare systems. Awarding a service contract to a vendor to complete stock monitoring, repackaging, relabeling, and rotation, on behalf of ODH, will eliminate the loss of expired product and allow for MCMs to be readily available 24 hours a day and seven (7) days a week in an emergency situation.

Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
