RSS 2602 Electrical Lighting Safety Upgrade

Nevada State University (NSU) seeks a Contractor to provide materials and labor for the following: The Raker Student Success Center has undergone multiple renovations over the years, resulting in inconsistent, undocumented, and non-standard electrical wiring configurations. These conditions create safety risks, complicate maintenance and troubleshooting, and increase the likelihood of electrical shock or equipment damage. This project is a campus safety and infrastructure reliability initiative intended to: Correct improper and non-compliant electrical wiring, Restore clear and logical circuiting throughout the building, Improve building functionality and occupant safety, Provide Facilities staff with safe, clearly labeled, and maintainable electrical systems.
