Nevada State University (NSU) seeks a Contractor to provide materials and labor for the following: The Raker Student Success Center has undergone multiple renovations over the years, resulting in inconsistent, undocumented, and non-standard electrical wiring configurations. These conditions create safety risks, complicate maintenance and troubleshooting, and increase the likelihood of electrical shock or equipment damage. This project is a campus safety and infrastructure reliability initiative intended to: Correct improper and non-compliant electrical wiring, Restore clear and logical circuiting throughout the building, Improve building functionality and occupant safety, Provide Facilities staff with safe, clearly labeled, and maintainable electrical systems. This project does contain add alternates to upgrade office lighting controls with LED-compatible dimming and occupancy sensing MANDATORY SITE WALK & PRE BID MEETING: Wednesday March 4, 2026 9:00 A.M PST Location: Nevada State University Raker Student Success Center (RSS) in the Main Lobby 1300 Nevada State Drive Henderson, NV 89002 (See Attachment Ma p, “Exhibit C”, Building “F” in NGEM for Directions) Meet representatives from Nevada State University and/or UNLV Purchasing to sign-in for the Mandatory Site Walk and Pre Bid Meeting.
