Description
This request for pre-qualifications is on behalf of RSCI not for Truckee Meadows Water Authority. All evaluations will be made by RSCI. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION IN NGEM. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OUTLINED IN THE DOCUMENT UPLOADED ON THE ATTACHMENTS TAB. RSCI is the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) hereby requesting that Major Equipment Suppliers submit Statement of Prequalification Applications pursuant to NRS chapter 338.16991 for the above project. Major Equipment items include: Turbine and Generator System The system includes the Turbine, Generator, Lubrication System, Neutral/Grounding Transformer, 5kV Line-up and Protective Relays, along with other associated features of work. Turbine Isolation Valves, along with Controls and SCADA for the Hydroelectric system, will be pursued as bid options . If necessary, the selected Supplier shall provide all necessary control descriptions and support for the Owner (TMWA) to complete system programming. This facility is part of a run of the river hydroelectric system that utilizes up to 86 FT of head and 400 CFS of flow to generate 2.8MW. Supplier experience with hydroelectric systems of similar size and configuration is favorable. Special Federal Conditions will apply in order for this project to be eligible for Federal Tax Credits.
