Description
SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish labor, materials, and equipment to complete specified renovations as well as removing existing flooring and replace with new as specified in the bid documents. ESTIMATED COST: $550,000.00 PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Pre-Bid Conference will take place THURSDAY, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. at the WEST CHARLESTON LIBRARY, 6301 W. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89146. The purpose of the Pre-Bid Conference is to review and discuss the bid, contract, and specification documents. A site walk-through will occur immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. BID ACCEPTANCE AND BID OPENING: Responses will be accepted via the NGEM system on or before 2:00 P.M. (PST) on Friday, April 3, 2026. Bids submitted or received after this deadline will not be accepted. The server clock time shall govern.
