COUNTY is soliciting proposals from firms who are qualified as a construction manager/general contractor for the performance of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Mt. Charleston Fire Station Replacement. The intent of this formal Request for Proposal is to receive responses from qualified respondents for awards exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019.
