The Clark County Desert Conservation Program (DCP), is soliciting proposals for Restoration, Weed Treatment, and Cleanup at Rainbow Gardens. The intent of this formal Request for Proposal is to receive responses from qualified respondents for awards exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019.
