The work consists of but is not limited to selective demolition of existing park area, as described in the drawings and specifications, to resurface two (2) tennis courts. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the division one general requirements and the following installations using materials noted on drawings and specifications: installation and removal of temporary construction security fencing, demolition of existing tennis court amenities on two (2) courts, including surfacing, tennis net posts, net, and windscreen. Install on two (2) tennis courts, acrylic court surfacing, net, net posts and sleeves, windscreens (provide windscreens on every side of courts). Install facility signage. Install chain link mounted and post mounted signage. Use two colors on new USTA (US Tennis Association) approved non-skit court surface, paint court area green in color, remainder of court surface in maroon color. Surfacing and re-surfacing finishes shall include one (1) etching coat, one (1) primer coat and two (2) coats of acrylic color in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Lay out and stripe new tennis courts markings with white line paint. Install new round post sleeves, new green 3” round tennis net posts, lacing net with lacing rods and net center strap down hooks. Installations shall include all associated appurtenances and accessories as per plans.
