The work consists of but is not limited to selective demolition of existing park area, as described in the drawings and specifications, to resurface two (2) tennis courts and one (1) basketball court. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division one general requirements and the following installations using materials noted on drawings and specifications: installation and removal of temporary construction security fencing, demolition of existing tennis court amenities on two (2) tennis courts and on one (1) basketball court, including surfacing, tennis net posts, net, basketball goals, and windscreen. Resurfacing includes disk sand the crack repairs, pop-ups and playing lines. Apply (1) coat of acrylic primer to exposed concrete surface at court. Apply (1) coats of neutral acrylic resurfacer with #30 silica sand. Apply (2) coats of color coat concentrate with #60/90 silica sand. Lay out and stripe new courts markings with white line paint.
