Description
The NLVPD Northwest Area Command Center project site is located at 3755 W. Washburn Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89031. The Work involves removing and replacing heat pump systems, furnishing and installing all new HVAC units, reconnecting thermostats, disconnecting and abandoning wiring, proper startup and operation, securing necessary permits to meet code requirements, retrofitting, removal and disposal of removed units, and associated appurtenances.
The project shall be completed within 75 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to-Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated construction cost ranges from $140,000 to $160,000.
