All documents must be submitted electronically via this website. The NGEM system allows for bidders to start and save work/uploads without submitting. Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be posted online shortly thereafter and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there. Description of Work: Replace failing domestic water booster pump assembly and install ALC controls for campus BMS tie-in. UNR Project#: # 26RNV03572 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2026-319 SPWD Project #: 26-B906 Estimated Cost Range: $45,000 to $145,000 Liquidated Damages: $200 per day Special Considerations: Perform work after dorm "Move Out" day to minimize shutdown impact. Coordinate exact date with UNR Construction Project Manager. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and an Equipment Floater will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000. Rigger's Liability will be required if a crane is used. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner-Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information and in compliance with the requirements set forth here: https://www.unr.edu/bcn-nshe/risk/contracts. Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "May 18, 2026" and shall be fully complete by "July 31, 2026."
