Sealed bids for the provision/set-up of one (1) State Building Code modular house will be received at Mount Olive Town Hall, 114 East James Street, Mount Olive, NC on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., then be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town has received $950,000 in a federal 2023 CDBG-NR grant representing 100% of total project costs to undertake housing clearance, reconstruction (modular replacement on site) and rehabilitation activities.
