The Town is seeking a qualified construction contractor to replace the roof at the Chapel Hill Transit Campus. Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed bids for the Roof Replacement – Transit Campus (the “Project) to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N.C. will be received by Lenore Bishop, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, at the Town Hall in the First Floor Conference Room 102, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N.C., until March 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST, at which time they will be opened and publicly read.
