Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Apex on March 11, 2026 at 322 N Mason Street Apex NC 27502
The scope of work shall include the fabrication, construction, and installation of signs
as defined in the contract documents for Town of Apex Wayfinding – Phase 1.
Bids will be received for single prime contract. All proposals shall be lump sum.
An open pre-bid meeting, non-mandatory for all General Contractors interested in bidding, will
be held at 2pm on February 23, 2026 in the Conference Room of the Town of Apex Mason
Street Municipal Building at 322 N Mason Street, Apex, NC 27502. The meeting will address
project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.
