Description

The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for Electronic Monitoring was released by the State of Nevada on January 15, 2026. The RFP number is 99SWC-S3474. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities. The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
It is now appropriate to post any required legal notices in your state and to distribute the URL and solicitation information to prospective suppliers that you may be aware of who would be interested in responding to this RFP. We encourage you to post this solicitation to reserve your state's ability to participate at some point in the future, even if you don't immediately have plans to participate.
The RFP is available on Nevada's procurement system website using the following link: nevadaepro.com/bso/external/... or the ValuePoint website at: https://naspovaluepoint.org/solicitation-status/.

FAQ

How do I use the Market Snapshot?

It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.

Is the data live?

The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.

What do P10 and P90 mean?

P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
