RE-BID ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS: BID DATE CHANGE: Turner Construction Company requests sealed re-bids from prequalified construction trade and specialty contractors for bid packages on the RCCC TEC (AMB & CCP) project in Salisbury, NC, as follows:

Re-Bids Due: On or before Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET. Delivery: Sealed bids must be delivered to the bid box at Turner Construction Company, 4135 S. Stream Blvd., Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28217. Following receipt, bids will be opened and publicly read. The opening will be accessible to all interested parties via video conference. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. Prequalification is required.
