Description
GENERAL INFORMATION The Owner is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to perform content removal, disposal, and cleaning on digester #2 at the Mason Farm Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Contractor is responsible for all aspects of the content removal, disposal, and cleaning. OWASA will inspect all work and accept or reject the work based on the attached specifications. A Pre bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM March 4th, 2026 at 170 Old Mason Farm Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27517. OWASA will make the area available for visits by interested Contractors on a case-by-case basis between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. For scheduling, refer to contact information provided in this RFP.
