Library Furniture and Installation Services

Isothermal Community College is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, and install new library furniture as part of the College’s Library Renovation Project. The renovation supports the modernization of the campus library to better serve students, faculty, staff, and community users by creating flexible, functional, and technology-ready learning environments. The requested goods include study tables, seating, lounge furniture, collaborative furnishings, and related items necessary to equip designated library areas in accordance with the solicitation specifications and plans. The new furnishings will support individual study, group collaboration, instructional activities, and informal gathering spaces, aligning with the College’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality educational resources and student support services. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeks a qualified vendor capable of providing complete turnkey procurement, delivery, and installation services to ensure the furniture is properly coordinated, assembled, and installed for immediate use upon project completion.
