Purpose: The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver 100 Percent Nylon Taslan Fabric for Tabor City Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Current Sample Request- There will be samples available for 100 Percent Nylon Taslan Fabric. Just send a pre-paid shipping label to lorraine.middleton@dac.nc.gov and the sample will be mailed to you.Background: The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant. The fabric is for processing NCCE Products/Services to meet customer requirements.The intent of this solicitation is to award a 3-year Agency Specific Term Contract.
