Description
The City of Rocky Mount Energy Resources is required to maintain and is committed to providing reliable power to the
customers that we service on our electrical system. Therefore, Energy Resources is requesting bid prices for performing
Tree Trimming Services along the City’s electric distribution system with a company duly licensed and trained for Tree
Trimming in proximity to energized electrical conductors. The Company awarded the contract shall be responsible for
providing all labor, materials, transportation, and insurance needed to perform the project. The company will be paid on
a Lump Sum basis for this work. This bid will be for work that will occur over three fiscal years (July 1, 2026 through
June 30, 2029).
