Description
The City of Raleigh wishes to renovate an existing lagoon at the EM Johnson Water
Treatment Plant at 10301 Falls of Neuse Road. Construction of improvements to the
lagoon will generally consist of removal of organic containing soils in the lagoon, grading
the bottom and side slopes of the lagoon; supply, placement and compaction of an 18 inch
low permeability clay liner; construction of a high density polyethylene (HDPE)
geomembrane cover over the clay liner on the interior side slopes of the lagoon;
construction of lagoon drainage piping; supply, placement and compaction of sand and
gravel drainage layers over the bottom of the lagoon; construction of a new 36 inch ductile
iron gravity influent pipeline, and replacement of the existing fence around the lagoon.

FAQ
How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
