Description
The Raleigh Convention and Performing Arts Complex (RCPAC) is seeking a licensed general contracting firm to manage the grease interceptors at the Raleigh Convention Center. To be considered responsive, contractors must respond to this solicitation in accordance with the requirements, specifications, commercial terms, and provisions as described and set forth herein. Services will begin on the execution of a contract between the selected Contractor and the City. The term of the awarded contract is expected to be three years with the option to renew for two additional (1) year terms.
