South Main Street Gravity Sewer Improvements

Bids for the South Main Street Gravity Sewer Improvements project will be received by the City of Laurinburg until 5:00pm local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Bids shall be submitted via email to Harold Haywood at hhaywood@laurinburg.org. Receipt of the Bid will be acknowledged by return email. The Project consists of replacement of 473 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer and abandonment of 500 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for Bidding Documents is Duncan Parnell (https://bidroom.duncan-parnell.com). Documents may be obtained for a purchase price as listed on their website. All payments are to be made to Duncan Parnell. Prospective bidders must purchase Bidding Documents directly through Duncan Parnell in order to be considered an official plan holder. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
