City of Goldsboro is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide non-discretionary Investment Advisory Services to assist in managing its investments portfolio. Services required shall include the selection and implementation of appropriate investment transactions, advising on the daily management of the City’s portfolio, and regular reporting of all investment transactions.
