State Project Number 02CP0141 Capitol Complex Planting – Phase 1, State Capitol Complex A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Excavation, Landscape, and Irrigation construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolition – trees/shrub (trunk, branches, roots and stumps) removal and disposal. 2. Demolition – soil excavation, removal and disposal. 3. Plant Material procurement with selections by HGA. 4. Tree, shrub, and perennial planting; sod repair; including planting soil, mulching and edging. 5. Irrigation system repair and additions. Plans and Specifications were prepared by HGA Inc., Theodore Lee, 420 N 5th Street, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55401, Telephone No. 612-758-4306. All responses to this solicitation must be submitted and received in the QuestCDN Plan Room no later than the due date and time.
