SUMMARY OF WORK: This work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Excavation, Civil, Electrical construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. The proposed project is the first of 5 phases that will replace failing infrastructure of Area 2 at Camp Ripley. The project will include the replacement of sanitary sewer collection, water distribution, electrical distribution, natural gas distribution, communications, storm sewer, street improvements, and associated turf restoration / erosion control.
