Description

State Project No. 25103. This project has a Targeted Group (TG), Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran Owned (VO) preference and a 2% TGB subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: This work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Miscellaneous Construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Renovation to the existing building includes but not limited to new building addition, new standing seam metal roofing, supporting wood trusses, reconfiguration of interior walls, doors, windows, flooring, ceiling finishes, and architectural casework. Along with earthwork, site drainage, utilities, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire-protection, security and technology building systems upgrades.
