Description
State Project Number 75HA0061 Boiler Replacement at Minnesota Veterans Home Hastings A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Demolition, Structural Steel, Electrical, Mechanical, Pipe Fitter, Controls and Insulation construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Demolition of an existing non-function dual fuel low pressure steam boiler and the associated accessories and flue. 2. Installation of a new 250 BHP dual fuel low pressure steam boiler in the existing boiler plant. 3. Extension of the existing plant boiler controller to integrate the new boiler. 4. Modifications to the existing BAS to integrate monitoring for the new boiler. Plans and Specifications were prepared by Ericksen Ellison and Associates Inc., Matt Armstead, 305 2nd Street NW, Suite 105, New Brighton, MN 55112, 651-632-2313 and marmstead@eeaengineers.com. All responses to this solicitation must be submitted and received in the QuestCDN Plan Room no later than the due date and time.
