State Project Number 02CP0141 Administration Ramp Wall Repairs & Infill Panels A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Concrete Maintenance and Metal Fabrication construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Provide unit pricing for the repair of the existing EXTERIOR concrete walls at all ramp levels. 2. Prepare all exterior surfaces for installation of new exterior coating. Contractors must be an approved or authorized installer for the Sika Thoroseal 581 products (No Substitute) . No other products will be accepted and no unauthorized installers will be approved. 3. Field verify all existing wall opening and guard opening sizes. 4. Provide shop drawings for metal infill panels as described in the construction drawings. 5. Remove and replace existing metal infill panels at all ramp openings and guards at ramp level changes.
