State Project Number 02FR0029 Freeman Building Atrium Leak Repairs A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove the existing roof system to the metal deck. Install new fully adhered PVC roof system. 2. Gut cavity above windows and repair/replace water damaged materials. 3. Remove, store, and reinstall interior artwork. 4. Remove and replace water damaged interior finishes. All responses to this solicitation must be submitted and received in the QuestCDN Plan Room no later than the due date and time. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com.
