Williamston Community Schools is requesting proposals for re-cabling for Discovery and Explorer Elementary Schools. Bid documents will be available for examination and distribution on or after January 8, 2026. To obtain documents go to:

Bid proposals will be received by Williamston Community Schools through BuildingConnected.com by February 17, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time when they will be publicly opened and streamed at https://bit.ly/4qCCjO1The District will not open, consider, or accept any bids received after the date and time specified.
The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.127 disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder, or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district or the Superintendent of the school district. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.
Bidders are required to submit with their Bid Proposal a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located or a certified/cashiers check in the amount of five (5) percent of the Base Bid amount(s). The district will not consider a bid proposal that does not include the required bid security.
