12TH STREET LIGHTING

Sealed bids, in triplicate, for the 12th Street Interior and Exterior Lighting Replacement, and Portage Public Schools,
will be received until 11:00am local time, Monday, February 16th, 2026 at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., 2700 Stadium Dr.
Suite 2, Kalamazoo, MI 49008 or brought directly to the bid opening at Portage Public Schools Administration
Building, 8107 Mustang Dr., Portage, MI 49002 at 2:00PM local time, Monday, February 16th, 2026 and handed to an
O-A-K employee. Bids received after this time will neither be considered nor accepted.
All proposals received by the time and date stated above will be opened and read publicly at 2:00 PM local time,
Monday, February 16th, 2026 at the Portage Public Schools Administration Building, 8107 Mustang Dr, Portage, MI
49002. You may attend in person.
Bids may be mailed to O-A-Ks Kalamazoo Office, 2700 Stadium Dr, Suite 2, Kalamazoo, MI 49008. Mailed bids must
be received by 11:00am, Monday, February 16th 2026. FAXED, EMAILED OR UPLOADED TO BUILDING CONNECTED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
In accordance with Section 1267 of the Revised School Code each bid must be accompanied by a sworn and
notarized Familial Disclosure Statement completed by the bidder disclosing any familial relationship between the
Owner or any employee of the Bidder and any member of the Districts Board of Education or the Superintendent of
the District.
