This RFP is to create a multi-year contract for Pre--employment Medical Exams for ODD, Recruiting and Selection Section. Please read attached bid document and proposal instructions very carefully. All instructions, requirements, and evaluation criteria are detailed in the attached RFP. Attached itemized bid documents must be completed and attached in its entirety to the bid response in order to be considered for award.
