Description

Families Together Building Solutions services provide an intensive homebased, solution-focused program assisting families with behaviorally-specific goals for a period of 90 days with a possible extension of 90 additional days. FTBS services enhance household management skills, the use of transportation networks, communication and conflict resolution skills, and increase the use and awareness of community resources. Without this service children may require out of home placement or removal to foster care. Version 2: Attaching Amendment 1 and updated version of RFP. Version 3: Attaching Amendment 2 and updated version of RFP.
