Description
A contract is being requested for Cass & St. Joseph Counties for Families Together Building Solutions (FTBS) Services. FTBS services will reduce the rate of child abuse and neglect and out of home placements in Cass & St. Joseph Counties. Failure to establish FTBS services will jeopardize the counties' ability to effectively meet the needs of families, children at risk of child abuse and neglect, and out of home placements. Total contract amount is $570,000. Annual amount is anticipated to be $190,000 per year. Transportation is expected to be $6,000 per year. Specific Assistance is expected to be $3,000 per year. Bidder is to identify number of clients served per year Version 2: Attaching Q and A document, Amendment 1 and updated version of RFP. The proposal deadline will be extended to March 12, 2026. Version 3: Attaching Amendment 2 and updated version of the RFP.
