Response: The current Contractor is Ferrante and Dill, LLC. The term of
the Contract is April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2016. The dollar
amount of the Contract is $336,888.00

Response: There have been three (3) non-CPS administrative appeals
during the previous contract period .

Question 3 : How many appeals to the court of special appeals or court of
