Dear Prospective Offerors:
This amendment is being issued to amend certain information in the above -
named RFP. All information contained herein is binding on all Offerors who
respond to this RFP. Specific parts of the RFP have been amended. The changes are listed below. New language has been double underlined and
marked in bold (i.e. word ), and language that has been deleted has been
marked with a strikethrough (i.e. word ).
4.37.1 This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement for which award will be l imited to
certified small business vendors. Only businesses that meet the statutory requirements set
forth in State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14 -501—14- 505, Annotated Code of
Maryland, and that are certified by GOSBA Small Business Reserve Program are eligible
for award of a contract.
"This solicitation is not designated as s Small Business Reserve
(SBR) Procurement".
